All CorvinOS Universal subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle processes your payment, issues your invoice, and handles VAT collection and remittance in the EU and worldwide. Refund requests are processed by Paddle on behalf of Corvin Labs.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date your subscription begins, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive).
To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] before the 14-day period expires, stating your intention to withdraw. A full refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving your request.
Note: If you have activated a license key on a device within the 14-day window, you expressly request that performance of the contract begin before the withdrawal period expires. You retain the right of withdrawal but the license is deactivated upon refund.
After the 14-day statutory withdrawal period, subscriptions are non-refundable as a general rule. Exceptions are made at our sole discretion for:
You may cancel your CorvinOS Universal subscription at any time from your customer dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days in a paid period. Your license remains valid and active until the period ends.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
The Community tier is free and open source (Apache-2.0). No payment is involved and this refund policy does not apply to it.
